YEŞİLKÖY RESIDENCE

Istanbul, Türkiye | Residential Interior Design

Designed for a family in Yeşilköy, Istanbul, this residence reflects an approach to contemporary living where simplicity, functionality and timeless elegance come together.

The design brings together clean architectural lines and subtle vintage influences, creating a home that feels refined without being formal. Rather than relying on elaborate decoration, the interiors achieve their character through carefully considered proportions, materials and details.

A soft, neutral colour palette establishes a calm and welcoming atmosphere, complemented by warm wood finishes and distinctive petrol-blue accents. Herringbone flooring, delicate wall mouldings and selected brass details introduce a sense of classic elegance, while contemporary furnishings maintain a fresh and understated aesthetic.

The living and dining areas were conceived to accommodate both everyday family life and social gatherings. Comfortable seating, practical furniture arrangements and thoughtfully integrated storage contribute to an interior that is as functional as it is inviting.

The kitchen follows the same design philosophy, combining streamlined cabinetry, durable surfaces and efficient spatial organization with a restrained material palette.

Throughout the residence, contemporary simplicity and subtle vintage character are brought into balance, creating a cohesive interior that is comfortable, practical and personal.

The result is a timeless family home designed not only around aesthetics, but around the everyday rituals and changing needs of the people who live within it.

Understated elegance, designed for everyday living.
