BANDIRMA PORT
ADMINISTRATIVE & TECHNICAL BUILDINGS
Bandırma, Balıkesir, Türkiye | 6,000 m²
Scope: Architectural Design, Construction Documentation & Multidisciplinary Project Coordination
Project Status: Under Construction
Located at the Port of Bandırma, this 6,000 m² development brings together administrative and technical facilities within an integrated architectural complex designed to respond to the operational requirements of a major port environment.
The architectural approach focuses on establishing a clear relationship between the different building functions, site circulation and the overall spatial organization. The composition of distinct yet interconnected volumes creates a cohesive architectural identity, while the façade design introduces a contemporary expression suited to the industrial character of the waterfront setting.
The entire architectural project was designed and developed by architect Betigül Özker, from the initial concept and spatial planning through to the preparation of detailed construction drawings.
Working in close coordination with structural, mechanical and electrical engineering teams, the architectural design was developed into a comprehensive and coordinated construction documentation package. Particular attention was given to the integration of technical requirements, building systems and architectural details, ensuring consistency between the design intent and its practical realization.
Currently under construction, the project represents a multidisciplinary architectural process in which design vision, technical coordination and functional requirements are brought together to shape a contemporary port facility.
From architectural concept to construction documentation, a fully coordinated design developed for the demands of modern port infrastructure.
